How to terminate your membership?

 

Should you wish to terminate your NAREDI-membership, please respect the following procedure:

Kindly notify NAREDI's Secretariat in writing (snail or electronic mail), citing the reason for your decision. Our address: Kunstlaan 43 Avenue des Arts - 1040 Brussels.

When will your resignation take effect?

Either of the following situations may occur :

  • In case your message of termination is sent prior to or on 30.09 of the current year, the termination of your membership will be effective on the first day of the following year. 

    E.g. your letter was sent on 25.08.2010: the termination will take effect on 01.01.2011. 
  • In case your message of termination is sent after 30.09 of the current year, your membership will continue for the following year and your membership fee for the following year will remain due. The termination will only take effect the year after that.

    E.g. your message was sent on 15.10.2010: your membership will continue through 2011 and your membership fee for 2011 is still due. The termination will take effect on 01.01.2012.
